1) Please review your settings for Internet Explorer:
2) When using Blackboard, your popup blockers must be disabled, allowing activex controls and DHTML popups
3) Check Internet Options (Start-Control Panel-Internet Options)
4) Make sure cookies are enabled (click on the "Privacy" Tab-click advanced-make sure that "Override automatic cookie handling", "Accept First and Third Party Cookies", and "Always allow session cookies" are checked.
5) If there is a problem during the exam, use the print screen button to capture a picture and past(ctrl-v) it into a word document and then send it via email to the instructor.
*Instructors - sometimes it is best and easiest to give the exam one question at a time..it helps to eliminate timeout issues
