Papers of presenters as well as discussants may be included in the proceedings. Only those papers that are actually presented can be included in the proceedings. Please note that the PEA reserves the right to reject any paper that is judged inappropriate for publication in the Proceedings. The submission deadline for the 2010 conference is July 31, 2010. Copies of papers from past Proceedings may be obtained by contacting the Secretary of the PEA. Please note that the PEA will charge a US$150.00 search and handling fee for each paper request processed. Alternatively, near complete collections of past Proceedings may be found at the libraries of Clarion University of Pennsylvania and the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. The PEA is currently in the process of digitizing all past Proceedings; recent digitized Proceedings are available at the following link.
