![]() Pennsylvania Economic ReviewThe Pennsylvania Economic Review, a publication of the Pennsylvania Economic Association (PEA), publishes scholarly articles and book reviews submitted from anywhere in the world and in all economic areas. The PER also welcomes submissions containing an analysis of the Pennsylvania economy. It encourages members of the Pennsylvania Economic Association who present papers at the Association s Annual Conferences to submit their papers for possible publication. Referees evaluate articles that authors submit for possible publication. The editor, assisted by the recommendations of the referees and his/her editorial board, accepts or rejects an article for publication. Note that the Pennsylvania Economic Review also is listed through the EBSCO data base with full text reference. Editor: John Misner, Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania The Pennsylvania Economic Review is a biannual, refereed journal sponsored by the Pennsylvania Economic Association. The journal accepts articles and book reviews on any economic topic. Article submission fees are $25 for nonmembers and $10 for members of the PEA. The subscription price for institutions and nonmembers is $25 per year. (Members of the Association receive the journal without additional cost.) Send all subscription orders to the editor. Note: All fees and subscription prices are subject to revision at the discretion of the Editorial Board. Submit manuscripts in triplicate. Make all submissions double-spaced and no longer than 25 pages. Put notes, tables and references at the end of the paper on separate pages.
