The Student Government Association (S.G.A) provides a form of government and supervision over the student and their activities. They also provide a forum for the expression of student views and interest as well as maintaining academic freedom, responsibility, ad student rights. S.G.A. presents and interprets students ideas and opinions to the university faculty and administration and fosters the recognition of the student rights and responsibilities the university, and the surrounding community.

S.G.A Budget Office 

The Student Government Association (S.G.A.) Budget Office is primarily responsible for all of the accounting functions of EUSGA, Inc. and the monitoring of the student activity fee that is paid by  each Edinboro University student. There are over 100 groups, clubs, organizations, and programs that make up the S.G.A. and it is the responsibility of the SGA Budget Office to maintain the proper accountability of funds for each of those groups. The SGA Budget Office is also responsible for making sure that EUSGA, Inc. is operating under proper Federal and State regulations and is filling the proper paper work associated with such regulations.

S.G.A Lab

The SGA Computer Lab is operated by EUPSGA, Inc. as an additional tool for students of Edinboro University to enhance their education. There are approximately 20 computers available for student use. The SGA Computer Lab recently put into place 4 Apple I-Mac computers that allows for greater graphics capabilities for projects. The SGA Lab is currently under renovation.

S.G.A Convenience Store

The SGA Convenience Store was established in November of 2001 as an inexpensive and convenient source for Edinboro University students to purchase items on campus. The SGA Convenience Store offers Greyhound Bus Tickets, Pop, Candy, Snack Foods, Health and Beauty Aids, and some clothing items. The SGA Convenience Store is temporarily located in Towers Lobby while the Student Center is under construction.
